MIKE ALLEN
Mike was raised in San Carlos, Calif. and Astoria, Ore. He graduated with a B.S. in Business from U. of O. His first book, "Between Water and Sky" is available in e-book form from Amazon.com. His latest song, "The Womb Isn't Safe Anymore" is available as a digital download from "CD Baby.com. Mike lives and works in the Mid Columbia area. He's been writing and painting and making music ever since he can remember about real life's experiences from a heart felt perspective.
Mike believes that music is powerful. It can reach deeper than anything into the human soul. It can save lives physically and spiritually. It can bring peace and healing. Art is like a comforter. It can calm and sooth a troubled soul.
He realizes now that God is always with us even when we pretend that He isn't. He always wants to walk with us even when we want to walk alone. Mike hopes God will reach you where you are at and hopes you will choose to lean on Him to get you through your tough times.
